I bought the 15$ 30 days playtime and i noticed it has been taken off the storeshelves and my game just said i only have 7 hours left of playtime this week. Now will this playtime i bought kick in after those 7 hours or will i be compensated in some way cause i payed for that playtime and i have not played for a 30 days yet so i can't possibly consumed those play hours. If my 15$ 30 days playtime have vanished i demand a refund or some sort of compensation.
I agree for the game to be p2p to some extent, and i am very happy that you have improved the subscription and free to play deals. BUT i would like to make sure that i get something for those 15 $ you promised me 30 gameplay hours for.
Also how do i retreive my spacey subscripton hat?

You bought a tradeable token. You should be able to access it via your hearth fire.
If you want to just extend your own gametime then use subscription which is only 10$ / month

So are most players playing the new haven, or are they on the legacy haven which still has unlimited gametime?
