Not that I disagree with you, but...

The problem with hafen at first sight

Postby evilboy666 » Sun Jan 24, 2016 11:39 am

Well when i click that little "Store" button up there, it was kind of sad to see. It seems great that 48 hours is given free at the start but. The fact that you cannot do anything at all 1 hours everyday and in the long run the 48 hours isnt enough. Game is basically pay to play now. Like i have 2 weeks of play time on my account and i think this isnt my only account that i've played. That makes more than 300 hours take 50 at the start and 250 hours remain. To achieve what i did, free player has to pay for around 4 months. Way more than i played to get to that point. And 10 dollars every month to play unlimited? For this kind of game? Well i love the game and love its aspects. But for example SW:Tor is 15 dollars a month to play, was to play. They made it mostly free to play now. More mostly than jorb and loftar did. In comparison if a well developed game like swtor is 15 dollars per month, this game is nowhere near 10 dollars per month. I know they put so much effort into this game but with these prices, they wont reach 200 players during normal times at all. And i dont know if this is the right section to post this but meh.

Income is infinitely higher though, as it was zero before, so I'm not entirely sure what metric to evaluate by.

We are considering the store solution. Again, it wasn't intended to be a major hurdle.

I think the problem here is that that you guys have put a time lock on players when a ton of in-game features require a fair bit of time.

You can argue that you can look at how much time your things will take but no game should require a timetable to efficiently play it, What I would recommend at the very least is an hour a day instead 7 a week... that way you don't screw over someone who leaves their room and forgets to close the game out of being able to play the next day.
