Imho Gardener wasn't that hard but I did make 100 or so Gardener's Pots to easily plant and harvest stuff in bulk.

Don't you want space of your plot and gardener pots to be actually useful? Half of a village of dead weight doesn't sound exciting. I don't mind the time gates, but for me that was a solid wall.

A new boat with a small cabin or a cabin for the knarr. Great for a those long voyages or a nomadic play style. I don't know how much work it would be but it would be amazing if you could use the dock like a dock.... I.e. you can walk on it, place objects on it, maybe even be able to build a latern hanger on it.

Chum shouldn't require intestines. Maybe you could make it from intestines as well but wouldn't you be able to split piece of meat into multiple bits suitable for using bait?
