Moving Personal Claim pole

I'm in favor of this. Of course needs to make sure that there's no way to abuse it. Most important thing has already been mentioned (need to have full shield.) Other than that, can't really think of anything.

im against the village claim moving but for the personal claim moving. i feel it should have a larger cost than just half the shield, maybe 10% of the LP spent to cover that much ground?
