2) Palisades CANT dry on unclaimed land ( so u can destroy it with hands )

all it takes is to wait an extra 8 hours and you can build a pali with soak no? this wont fix much other than having to wait an extra 8 hours.

People might just put four claims around the palisade walls without covering the cairn itself. I've seen people do that with natural resources. It would be more work, though, so I think it's still better than what we have now.

Using cairns to cock-block p. claims seems pretty abusable, but not terribly so. Anyone who cares about their shit can just make a village claim. Suggestion seems good.
