Remove streaks from old rocks

Ok jorb, here's a simple reason why it should be done.
PvPers won't be happy with any time-consuming hard changes you'll make with PvP-siege.
Farmers are farming and don't care.
But those who make pretty things would be happy with this one-click fix, and would make your game better.
So, "more work - less appreciation" or "less work - more appreciation". What do you choose?

Also related, but can we not have streaks on windmills too? No other stone building causes streaks like pavement when using most rocks.
