Your local janitor wants to add context, that forum users may want to know:

Jorb added cheese rack softcap to the game at one point. Snail has claimed he used to play without bots, but started botting the process of replacing old racks with new ones. It is not known whether this is a genuine "villain origin story" or just an elaborate troll. Jorb relented several years later, and removed the softcap.

In my personal opinion, the change was really dumb at any level; if you can bot the process of rotating cheese, you can probably bot the process of building new racks. "Factionboi" villages are more likely to have large tree farm to ensure good rolls, meaning they have plenty of less than best quality wood to use for such activity. Meanwhile hermit who has no bots or wood industry is soft gatekept from good cheese (it is easier to buy a hq curding tub and a set of trays, than multiple hq racks.)

No, no, the thread is not closed.
You know, cheese is hard to make, and you should give cheese a chance of failure.
What do you think of the 30% success rate?

Haven and Hearth is like a 24/7 theme park, so removing tedious tasks (those not dependent on time) is a difficult issue. Since Haven and Hearth is a world where magic can also be used, I propose implementing Livestock Management Objects and Agricultural Management Objects. Interacting with these objects would allow linked industries to instantly complete tasks by consuming Labor Points.

Labor Points would be obtained by completing daily special quests, which refresh each day. These special quests would be diverse and ensure that players can earn Labor Points through any type of gameplay, including hunting, fishing, mining, farming, exploring, dungeons, and landscaping.

There would be over 50 different daily quests, balanced so that players can naturally accumulate Labor Points by playing the way they want.

Or, Or, there is a chance that it will have more properties attached.

Maybe green, blue, purple, orange, red, cyan, dark gold.

Add two more slots to it.

inlay a salt. Gain 10% hunger reduction.
Inlay a chili pepper. Gain a 10% stat value boost.
