I think winter should be 364 days of the IRL calendar.

Also I am very clearly not a sock puppet alt posting in this thread to make Jorb think there's a consensus on something I have a strong position on.

Any similarities in my name to other users is entirely coincidental.

I like winter. I like the fact you are "supposed" to be able to take a break and do other things, rather than being tied to the fields. But with the mound beds and Greenhouses thrown into the game. U have negated it. So why even have winter in the game.

I do like the idea of Making the extreme north and south permanent winter, Kinda like a Northern and Southern pole so to speak. You could also "entice" these areas with average higher qualities of everything. But you REALLY NEED to get rid of the mound beds as well as winter for the central part of the map.

My brother in christ if you NEED your HOBBY to FORCE you to take a break because you're not having fun and yet you still can't control yourself then your brain is fucking fried

I had been taking a break for weeks like a normal functioning human can just choose to do at any time, then when I came back wanting to play it was mandatory break season

Just coming back to say after 2-3 hours I'm still thinking about how stupid the "winter is a time to take a break so it's good :)" argument is. It's a common """positive""" argument for winter, and full offense but anybody who follows that line of reasoning lacks any introspective ability at all.

If I left you alone in a room with infinite ice cream you would keep eating it until you died because individually each spoonful tastes good. You'd say the vomiting is good because it makes your stomach hurt less, then go right back to eating. Stupid ass nematodes can only respond to stimuli in their environment, not actually think.

I think you misunderstand. I'm talking in lieu of the aspect of the game. Winter is supposed to be the time when you take a break from your normal routine and have the opportunity to try something new. But so many people bitched about it and we get mound beds and green houses which totally ruin the concept of winter. So why have it in at all.

To be honest Green houses do not bother me. The mound beds do.

But your rant on "winter is a time to take a break so it's good :)" argument, I honestly believe that you then hate any and everything that makes the game "harder"

Why don't you just play in Valhalla then where everything is given to you?

If you think you are some kind of predator in a mostly unknown free to play game that most people do not give a damn about. . . Maybe you should reevaluate your life choices

Edit: All your bravado reminded me of somethng.
