This game cannot be played solo because you simply won't have enough time to perform all the necessary in-game procedures required for quality progression.
Even at current stage of the game where you're able to gather almost all resources from abandoned villages without extracting them yourself, with level of quality that would never be possible in single player mode, the game will still consume 8-12 hours per day.
