Bon appétit !
So 1 month H&H is 2 french KFC menus or 6 russian KFC menus, but if you look at the photos you need 2 rubble menus to get the same taste satisfaction as 1 euro menu.
So fair price is a { 1 - (2/6)x2 } = -33% discount if you pay with rub ? ( sorry for usless post, this topic just makes me hungry, feel free to post a brasilian KFC menu just to see what it looks like while I eat my ramens )

Brazil prices I could be bothered to check for comparison.

eve online - R$ 25.00
world of warcraft - R$ 28.00
war thunder - R$ 30.00

haven and hearth - R$ 41.00

I don't think prices are that related to average income in the region. Recently I wanted to buy Mortal Kombat X for my new Xbone, but Microsoft flat out refuses to do business with Bosnians. So I registered my location as in EU, and it cost 70€. I then re-registered to USA, and it was 50$. And I seriously doubt that Americans only make 2/3 of what Europeans do.

I'm also curious. Not least when it comes to stuff like EVE's PLEX.

That's actually interesting in itself. I don't think there is any KFC here in Sweden, but if they were, I cannot possibly imagine they'd sell that kind of menu for as little as €5. I'd expect at least twice that. I'm surprised France would be that much cheaper than Sweden.

The KFC "Fill Ups" (not sure how they're branded in other countries), which are what was pictured, are $5 in the US. With the exchange rate at the time of the posting, $1 US == €0.92, I can see the pricing being reasonable (assuming the price of chicken, potatoes, and else being otherwise similar to the US).

However, couldn't this be somewhat resolved with the Xsolla thing, or will that simply be a payment site and currency exchange vs the ability to offer different price points based on region? Or have you guys given up on Xsolla?

Oh, meant to note that with CCP, it was, at one point, possible to get the "other rates" as I had a couple of corpmates that were paying USD when the Euro was so high in relation (was saving them a bit every month for their 2 or 3 accounts), but they did have to jump through a hoop or two to do it. Proper use of proxies and foreign bank cards would still let you do this, even with Steam. It just takes more hoops to... how should I put it... "game?" the system.
