That's not what i said, i don't think those bonuses should come from credo+slippers. But, they are fine as a mechanic (I don't like it but w/e) as they do allow you to juke your opponents.
What i said is to keep them but instead of them being from credo+slippers give it by default to every player without them having credo or slippers on (or maybe on a skill like hunting++ that costs like 10k lp or some shit idk if there's a point to that tho)

You can resize critters in Cediner ArdClient, which is avaliable to the public. You can also have some kind of "aim assist" using the Harvest nearby forageable mouseover option ;)

And only costs you performance and sometimes crash in fight, what a deal :D (I use ard)

have you considered making your own client

also forager bonus & bunny slippers = a layer of skill to pvp & means to gain leverage over a fight i.e your opponent is worse at clicking critters so he gets skill issued which is good & makes fights shorter and makes it easier to run away which is also good

theres no need to touch shit that needs no touching, even moreso when you consider the fact that the devs like to fuck things up, unironically pvp is at a "good enough to enjoy" stage, it better stay this way

I considered it but i am lazy (Not spending 2 weeks to understand loftar's code).
And i literally propose the same thing we have now but without you needing to get forager and slippers, like what's the downside to that? The first proposal was all over the place, but i'd literally be happy by them just moving the critter chasing speed to a skill instead of shoes+credo (Or give it to everyone, then hermits wouldn't cry about not having it).
Edit: Edited OP to reflect this stance, instead of that dumbshit aoe speedboost take.

the op is just saying that the forager & slippers speed bonus should be removed and that "I might be in the minority here but i just don't like clicking critters during a fight.", then there's a few sprucecap tier ideas on top of that, if it aint broke dont fix it

The OP included two alternate ideas, one that removed it and added aoe speedboosts (I know fucking dumb), and the second one that moves it to a skill (They were meant as alternative options to fix the issue, and ye i think needing to use a script to switch from plate to slippers to be optimal is an issue).

2.Do not remove the speed increase from chasing critters, just make it so you have it when you have some skill or something (Or have it by default, without any credo or slippers), i just think having a credo requirement and shoes requirement is fundamentally stupid. And while i dislike chasing critters, it's not the worst offender of this whole system, and it does allow you to sometimes juke people that are chasing you. This way you can preserve the "skill" (debatable) part of chasing critters, while removing the shitty requirements that make pvp meta seem a bit mental.

Because i had a couple of drinks and was like fuck it, yeet that shit. But then i was like hmmm with only speedboosts how are group of players supposed to run away, then i came up with that aoe speedboost shit xD
But yeah in retrospect i should've just left the second one.
