If the mushroom type doesn't contribute to final FEP's, then foraged mushrooms don't matter, just whatever garden pot mushrooms are the highest q and fastest to grow. If it does matter, then the amount of recipe variations explodes(but foraging becomes more valuable). Either way, it means the playerbase has to do even more RNG recipe research, or it just becomes another chore.

I think it can be left as a single +spice option, giving more Charisma FEPs like with onions.

Forageable mushrooms should perhaps get a buff or an option to quality scale / regrow them
