Haven't we talked about the part where people are murderers and thieves so some of us have taken to living as hermits to be free of them and death?

Right, I realized that the other day but apparently forgot it as quickly again. Thanks!

Tbh, there have always been more hermits and small groups than I think a lot of ppl realise, they are the ones normally left playing at the end of a world when all the pvp'ers have exhausted them selves and quit. And your idea LH is to punish them and send them packing ... :? ... hermit life is often much more appealing than village life if you want to experience the game fully, not to mention you are also far more in control of your own game and how you want to do things.

I don't hermit because of thieves and murderers, I hermit because I like to do things 'my' way, I don't have villagers because I spend all day directing ppl for a living and it's the last thing I want to do when I get home. (And because they put things in silly places and do not understand organization!. )

I still fully socialise, I visit other towns/villages, have ppl to mine and go out and about meeting ppl and doing w/e with them - but home is mine, designed my way and it's quiet and peaceful! :D

I think making steel should be an active process taking 2-3 hours per bar, to give it value.
Gates should not take steel but wrought.

"Active", you mean a F2P player would have to spend 1 week worth of his game time to make 3 bars? If this is what you mean, bullshit imo...

Plus what Astarisk said - more bots needs

Spawn an alt, ffs.

I really despise everybody here that has the indecency to argue based on free game time.
In most games you don't get any at all, and if there is any then surely not in that magnitude as Seatribe grants you (neither with fully free, nor with the single pay verified account), or it is infested with ads and spyware. So stop whining about that subject.

Back on topic: In case it takes some hours of actively tending the process to make a steel sword, or armor - where would be the problem?
