I'm fine with that.
There are some elegant solution to the log out/log in spotter bots that can and should be implemented.
The kinds that actually move around unsafe areas (oceans) are fine, they can at least be killed on a populated server.

Also, at least with spotter bots a real player needs to log in to take advantage of what they see.
Cheese bots are turnkey, and you can just log in at your pleasure to eat your infinite cheese at will.

You shouldn't justify one mechanic being bad by saying "well that other mechanic is actually even worse", like yeah, they are both bad, they should both be nerfed (btw, truffles combined with quest increasing ql are better than cheese and whale meat combined and are also bottable, just that nobody competent enough to do it plays long enough to show how op it is)
