Daily reminder that animal nodes encourage botting

How come every single fucking problem this game has is related to alts?
How come every single fucking potential solution to game problems is met by "B-B-BUT ALTS WILL BE MADE TO ABUSE THAT SOLUTION EVEN HARDER!" (which they're already abusing the problem that the solution was made for because they ARE the problem btw)

Every fucking time. Year after year, thread after thread all I fucking see is alts causing every problem this game has ever had.
How about we fucking take away the ability to have alts?
Make it so people can only create 3 characters max on their ONE account they're allowed to have and enforce the ever living fuck out of not allowing alt accounts. I'd say allow only 1 character put maybe that's too harsh, so 3 should be enough to be self-sufficient. If you wanna waste one of those slots on an alt that serves a similar role as to what the scouting bots in this thread are saying, then that's still a net positive because you can't have 1 alt do all your botting needs and while you're on that alt you're not on your main character.

Fuck alts. You cannot stop botting, everyone is now aware of this, but we don't even need to stop botting. STOP. THE. MOTHER. FUCKING. ALT. SPAM. and that will fix 95% of the game's issues. I'm telling you now, it's the alts that are the cause of every problem in this fucking game.

Holy shit my blood is fucking boiling. Over 10 years of this shit and the solution has been blatantly obvious. Just remove the ability to spam alts that can then go out and do anything.
All these alts are used for is nefarious shit anyway. The good that having alts brings is heavily outweighed by the negatives. Like it's not even close.
Infact if you do this one change it will essentially neuter naked alt griefing too because there's an 8-hour timer stopping you from inheriting that naked alts hearth location and you'd have limited space on your ONE account you're allowed to have, further disincentivizing you from wasting a precious slot for something so retarded.

Anyway, I'd personally enjoy the game a bit more if high quality animals were more common. Even if a rework of how animal quality works as OP suggests is too much work, reducing the quality difference between nodes would achieve very similar as a good stopgap.

If the punishment for being caught committing crime was the law holding their hands up and saying they're not actually going to do anything against it, then everybody would continue doing it.
That is what is happening in this case.
Now I know that botting is very difficult to spot, but keeping people on one account is very possible and very easy to keep in check. Botting isn't even the root issue, alts are. Most bot usage is done ON ALTS.
Most griefing is done ON ALTS.

Enforce people to use one account. No account sharing with your villagers or friends. You get caught using two accounts, both accounts get nuked. Peoples tones will switch real fast if they know that their main account will also get nuked along with the alt account. Nice hat collection nigger. Boom, gone.

This, but make the high ql animals more common or squish the ql range, bcs if u have to kill 400 mammoths to get one 400ql one itll be a grindfest

If there would me no spots, if would mean the spot would be anywhere. People will just wall 3*3 grids of the specific biom and refresh it with bots every 20 minutes and kill animals (probably even killing it with bots cos it would be safe to leave combat chars there). At least with the current system you need to find and control the specific point.
