Yeah random newb who just cant try a game with either 12\24 hours per month is going to buy a indie, ugly looking game, hardcore game with permadeath for a 100 bux for one year and just go walk alone in forest, thats value!

Exactly. I wouldn't wanna buy a year worth of play time for any game any time because I'm never sure when I'll stop playing. If I stop playing after two months, that's a lot of waste.
Hope you have a great day

The thread I linked does a pretty good job explaining why the store is a bad idea. Guys, ignore the vitriol for a while and think about the logistics of what you've done. There is no way this is going to be profitable or good for the game in any way. All you're doing is alienating your already small playerbase, which is obviously going to be bad for your wallets. How can you not see this?

Haven and Hearth is and was never a game you could use to make a lot of money. It's too obscure and niche. If the store wasn't a big deal for you guys to begin with, maybe you should just take it down since it obviously is a big deal for the players. No offense.

I was really looking forward to this. I am disappointed. I love this game, but it isn't worth paying for if I'll be playing alone because no one else wants to pay.

I personally don't see any problem with the current payment model besides the fact that the 'free time' and the 'verified time' seem a bit small, and the monthly fee being a little ambitious. But anyhow, this is mainly because I fear the game may turn into no more than a ghostly wasteland. For a game that requires you to log in daily to maintain what you have, perhaps you should offer larger times for free users to play, or perhaps replenish say 6 hours weekly rather than monthly. Sometimes it's best to offer a child their pocket money weekly rather than monthly, stops them from spending it all way too quickly. Regardless, I hope you come to a conclusion in which everyone can be happy, good luck and have a nice day.

I do say that overall the system is a little bit more complex than it needs to, but I still have to side with this not being too unreasonable, not to mention I hate all the retards who are like 'THIS RUINED THE GAME, I'M GOING TO PLAY A DIFFERENT GAME' because those are the same people who complained about permadeath in the first place.

What everyone is forgetting is this line in the shop: "Game Time is provided in the form of an ingame token that is consumed to add Game Time to your account, and can thus be freely traded or gifted to your friends ingame!"
As I said to some people already, that means that there will definitely be people who buy the game time, then trade it ingame for ingame stuff, which means potentially if you make stuff ingame you can trade it and not have to spend any real money.

They will not need your stuff because they can play 24/7 and you can play 12 hours per month. Have fun trying to trade 20 crops for some gametime. :/

Some people won't trade it, but those who want to Pay2Win, definitely will if they don't have the real life time dedicated to playing the game.

What makes you think that? You mean there's going to be people giving you 15 euro's worth of content (''content'') for giving them some nooby stuff, that they can get easily if they play 12 hours a month? That's not much. That's not even 1 hour a day. That's not even 30 minutes a day.
