doesn't have to be a good idea it still could be better than what they have atm and there always ppl who will like and dislike an idea you one of the ones who dislike it doesn't mean they should never consider it. maybe the problem isn't in the idea but its in your head o:

You left off the other part. I fixed it for you.

Though really. Just no. Bad idea. It is like supporting giving terminal cancer to every human being. A really bad idea.

I'd really like for the game to have another sub tier lower than bronze without the hats and starting at 8 or so for one month and decreasing down to 4 or 5 per month for a year, or maybe add a discount to the plans for verified accounts that sub. Then maybe periodically replace the sub hats at higher tiers with newer ones as an incentive to use the higher rates, so you could do things like trade a retired sub hat for game time tokens.

I think they don't give a fuck anymore about fans and they just want money, so they would chose 1 paying player instead of 1000 free players, but they don't understand why games go free to play, and that's because they make far more money!

Perfectly content to spend even as much as $15 for permanent access to the game, even a little more down the line in the form of donations and so on.

But a monthly fee or a very poor "Allowance" of game time for a one-time fee.

Yeaahh... I think snowmen have a higher chance of living prosperous lives in hell than that.

jewb and joftard needs to pay you for being an alpha tester and reporting bugs, instead you shallow maggots still defending this shitstorm and spending money for a game that is even worse abomination than salem  jesus christ me and my crew (about 8 players constant + 3 casuals) were hyped for the game and we thought we were too late and should wait for the new world after one motherfucker singlehandedly break down our walls and chopped our house down (we been through 3 worlds)

we always thought this jew motherf***** are trolling at their best, and played along but hey
its real
they are not trolling
they would yield instantly and may tried to pull "it was merely an act! we were trolling xd ¦] ¦] " when community went apeshit (respectively, duh)
but you mouthbreathing steaming pile of horseshits kept going "I WOULD TOTALLY GIVE $900 A MONTH"

we realize that hosting has its own costs but we do know that its not anywhere near to cost you want us to be able to spend time on the new world as opposed to the earlier worlds (we were playing it like 8 - 10 hours a day, more on weekends)

if there were some donation button with a bar under it that said "1000$ total donation = X update" "2000$, Y update" then it would be 10000x better but thats it, wish we had someone to host a new world with old client files, as in private servers of other MMORPGs

I didn't get much backlash. I mean, it's an decent model, and I have plenty of other games to play to extend my initial 48 hours into a longer strand of time. Although a little heads-up would've been nice, I can forgive this P2P model.
Everyone can be a pro in their own way.

From my perspective, the model seems completely fine.. but the problem is, what you are being offered is far from generous. With the exception of subscriptions, which is supposed to be more of a donating thing from what I recall.

48 hours, or even 72 hours is no where near long enough to last you a month in a game that requires a lot of time to get things done. Especially if you play the game on a hardcore basis. My proposals?

1. Make refills on hours occur more frequently, such as on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. (verified account time refills could be decreased slightly to compensate)

2. Bump FTP hours up too 64, and Verified up too around 110, and/or fully replenish a players hours per month.

3. Get rid of free to play all together, but give unlimited access too verified accounts, and maybe drop the price to around $8. Subscriptions can remain unchanged, or be given better incentives to entice people to get them.

If one of these options is chosen, I feel it would make the Pay to play model a lot more reasonable for Haven and Hearth.

I've got couple questions about pay to play.

So 10 dollars a month is the cheapest one?
When I buy those 30 days, are they game time? For example 30 days are used when I am logged in and playing (which would be awesome and totally worth paying for) Or is it real time? If so when I ran out of thirty days, do I return to as free user?
Besides that, wouldn't it be fair for free users to get twelve hours every week instead of every month?

it's 30 days as in a sub fee, you get 30 real days to play a game. Should you buy 1 month and not play the game for that month you basically waste the sub. And afterwards (unless you specifically bought the verified option) you go back to the plebby garbo 12 hours a month free user status.
