Just need some help clarifying the P2P situation so is it 1 month of playtime cause that would last me at least 6 months, I would pay $15 for that.

It's the equivalent of a subscription for one month, where you get unlimited playtime for a month. The reason it's more expensive is because it's offered as a tradable token, allowing you to theoretically pay for play time for your friends or trade with your neighbours.
