Convenience craftable: Revolting Concoction for SHP regen

Healing is actually a bit of a nuisance for anyone actively using stamina. I find myself actively having to carry snacks to try and keep above 4k while doing work.

How about a convenience item that gives a buff allowing SHP regen with hunger below 4k?

About as not critical as possible to implement, just thought I'd throw the idea out there.

I carried snacks and water before this version as is. Nothings changed, well past the fact I do less from the amount of time I am allowed. But so? Pick your food wisely. A pie or something is always help full to carry anyway.

Its fine as is to me... but I am not playing 10+ hours a day either, do not have the money to.

The issue is the fact that I need to keep my energy bar above 4k constantly to get any real healing done. With lots of heavy industry, you're bobbing up and down below 4k continuously. Carrying snacks reduces inventory space in some form or another.

Like I said, it's a convenience option. There's definitely ways to deal with it currently that are minor annoyances. Never claimed otherwise.

Though, to be honest, hunger was a bit easier to keep up in classic. It's much easier to lose energy in Hafen, it seems to me.
