What if you guys create some type of crs like the old hnh ones, but working only inside of the single village, so lawspeaker can build them (make them pretty expensive) only on his village's claim and cant pick up any tables from the other's village crs and that's works for the other side. It's really a huge pain for a big village to have 2010510 gates and keys, and this also going to give a huge motivation to extend your village claim, because now there is no point doing it. And this still is not going to break your anti-global-teleport-system.
