Spears were the most commonly used weapon during this time period. Why aren't they in the game?

There should certainly be spears, yes. Clubs, halberds, &c&c.

There should be a slight chance of cracking the skull of someone you're killing with a blunt weapon, wounds that involve headaches (with temporary INT loss) and cracked bones from blunt weapons. These wounds could be healed faster with splints or naturally slow.

Off topic: give us skull cups so i can drink my enemy's blood directly from his skull.

I think spears should be an in between weapon before swords that can be made with stone and shittier metals such as copper and tin.
Yesterday I murdered a rock, beat up a stone. Hospitalized a brick, I'm so mean I make medicine sick.
