Badger Bangers or Spitroasted Badger

Badger meat is nice and all but you can't do anything with it. Perhaps a sausage like the Fox Fuet which could give increased FEP's of agility/con or being able to lift a skinned badger onto the spitroast (to give that some more use too) and make it take however long it would take to cook all of the meat from a badger until you can carve it, then give you badger meat as if it were cooked but with like 3/4 extra pieces.

Most of the larger animals should be possible to spitroast.

Does anybody know how? I tried carrying fox, boar and horse and right click-ing on roasting spit and did not succeeded.
