Emptying barrels

Sometimes you might have a barrel you need to empty ASAP, but instead you have 2 options:
1. Either fill 10 buckets with water and empty them;
2. Build another barrel.

Would be nice to have an option to empty the whole barrel.

Suggested before, but cannot be said often enough. Needs to happen.

if you break the barrel. it will empty out...but you also lose the barrel

so yes empty needs to happen.

The amount of times Ive been stupid enough to empty a shitty water barrel with my waterskin is slightly absurd.. need a bucket. Or empty barrel option
