More options for Survey Land tool

Please add options Only fill/Only dig - they will be useful when you work with complex terrain.
For example:

here i want only take soil, without filling holes. Or opposite case i may want to fill them, but not touch hills atm.

Also i want ability to select different height for 2 sides of survey rectangle for making smooth hillsides.

in salem we were able to drop a flag at the top and one at the bottom.
with that you were able to make flat nice hills....
