Fix soil stockpiles hitbox from 9 tiles to 1

What happened with soil stockpiles, should it really take 3*3 tiles? It is changed after some update. Before it was only 1 tile as all other stockpiles.

Um actually its tile, not tail.

Hitbox is to big on them.
