Outdoors tool rack

Postby venatorvenator » Sat Nov 21, 2015 11:33 pm

A simple structure similar to the drying rack, on which we can hang our tools - just like we do with the stone axe on house walls.

What I have in mind are tools we use frequently for village work, like scythes, saws, shovels, buckets, smithy's hammers, torches, and traveller's sacks.

Possibly also spears, swords, and b12s.

Would be a nice visual addition, but I use a chest for this. Works just fine.

How many people do you have in your village? Our chests are a nightmare.

We need a quick click-and-take tool rack, something without the opening, dragging, swapping, shifting, and ctrl+e'ing we have with chests. Besides, the lag makes all this process much worse. Something whose contents we can see externally too.

What I'm suggesting is almost the same that happens with house walls currently, only that such mechanics would be applied outdoors instead of indoors, and also allow hanging of buckets, pickaxes, and so on.

The lag of farms, hfs, buildings, firepits, and all the polygons or whatever concentrated in a single minimap.

yespls, having to open a container to swap equipment you don't leave in your inventory is annoying.
