Destroy Bonus Against Own Constructions

What are the thoughts on making it easier to destroy items on your own claim/claims?
I have a timber house that has fallen out of my favor, however not enough to warrant building a ram...
It would be nice if the soak was lowered for the claim owner...

Larpy reasoning: Its on your land and you use it almost everyday, you know intimately how its constructed and know the weakest spots to take it down easily.
