Developed skull formula

People are trolling me by putting 45 int on all their characters. Please could we make the condition for developed skull something like

(int*LP > 5000000)?

rather than ((int>50) .and. (LP>100000)) as I think it is now...

I'm aware that in some scenarios this could potentially make it slightly easier to grind out developed skulls but lets be honest, with the new food system and nice metal curios it is pretty trivial to do this anyway if you have industry and a spot to fish.

I do agree that LP should be more important than intelligence.
