Are you sure? You place black pepper on it, you rotate the head and it grinds the pepper. You get the outcome of it by the bot holes of the tool. Its a peppermill not a peppershacker.

Pepper shaker and pepper-mill are 2 different items. In old haven, you could put dried drupes into the mill to grind them. In fact, if you used a grind stone instead, you lost a lot of quality.
