Burial denial sounds 2ez

Unless I'm missing something from the patch notes, denying someone a burial seems pretty...ez. You can just lift a person you killed after your outlaw decays, or bring alts around to bring back bodies. The hour-long window for outlaw is really irrelevant; in previous worlds people would camp bodies (hour-long decay) since they couldn't be lifted just for the skull. Now that there's even further incentive to camp bodies, counter-play to losing your body should exist.

Destroying bodies should be a long process done over the course of a month. People should only destroy bodies of people they have a reason to dislike besides them being a random they found in the woods. I'm thinking maybe they have to fight a pseudo nidbane every time they try to destroy the body, and they can only attempt every 24 hours.

In addition, the inheritor should be able to track their ancestor's body.

I like these.

Or maybe there could be a new type o scent, with a nidbane worse than murder (like 2x the strength) for when a body is "messed with".

There's no honor in destroying the body - even the one of your enemy. Being the lore of the game greatly inspired by celtic and nordic mythos, dishonoring the dead should be a shameful action. Not that it matters right now, but if Valhalla is ever useful, dishonoring a body should also "remove" the right to go to Valhalla.
