Something like the fight club in Salem

What about implementing something like the fight club in Salem, devs from time to time would set an event taking place lets say in vallhalla, people could go there and have a fight on some kind of arena, winner could be rewarded and others would be ashamed. It would be 10/10 stolen from Salem but I think that a lot of warriors who don't get much fights here would appreciate it and grinding stats to win the arena fight would make more sense than grinding stats to do nothing at all.

If something like that is already going then sorry, im not really reading all teh update notes.

wasn't that a player built thing? or did they eventually incorporate it into mechanics somehow?

anyway someone could build an arena and people could spar, but it would need to be made more obvious who won to spectators.

hmm I don't know if it was a player-built thing but I know that he new devs every sunday host a battle there, teleport inside all the players that want to fight and teleport knocked-out people out. And the winner gets 5$ in their store or something like this

Arguably valhalla is our docks club. The club is now incorporated into the game, mechanics to not die included and all that. Events are sometimes held by devs and other times attempted by players. I'm still not in on valhalla, since I don't desire to kill off a character unnecessarily lol, but perhaps with the inheritance system making death less horrible, valhalla can become something open to all players instead, as an arena? Where death isn't a thing and people can make local portals to go into and out of valhalla.

Well I thought of something in which you can participate without killing your character.

For example, my friends playing salem play it like that :

Sunday : fight on arena
all week : grinding stats to fight on arena
sunday : fight on arena

repeat forever

And they still have fun cuz fighting is fuun
