Adjust Stealth with new skill cap please

with the new cap system it feels like Stealth would be even more useless now a lot of people will have their perc and exploration capped, and even if there will be some master burglars, it will still be easy to track them down. Perhaps add some more use for it other than crafts, like ammount of crimes that can be commited or how long the criminal debuff would last, chance the animal would agro you, maybe even actual render of a character on both minimap and screen (have the max stealth character dissapear if it stands further than 20 tiles away from you or something), etc.
