it makes u stop when u use ctrl+move to skip it so it wouldn't help that much, if you had all the moves in the deck you would have to stay for few seconds to find the one you need, it would make people having 10 moves in deck on a little worse position since you have to stop while skipping moves and the cooldown is not neccesary just makes the combat retarded and having more than 5 moves (which you need to have becouse of cleave and chop double attack-types) annoying.
Sure, if you use the default client... If there was no cooldown to dropping a card then it would be simple to create a function to keep dropping until the card you want is pulled since there's no having to wait between discards.
Personally I'm not a big fan of 5 card limit combat schools as a whole since it adds too much luck to combat once you have more than 5 in a deck, but removing the cooldown isn't the answer.
