Oatmeal

A good use for milk,lets say like 0,25l of milk and 15 or 20 of any seeds,would be a great food :cry:

maybe barley seeds instead of just any. agree with shubla's high energy suggestion.

(while on the subject, why can't we drink milk?)

if it was a food that refilled energy without affecting your Feps, but filling up your hunger loads I think it would be perfectly fitting, if really gross :P
