Inventory item to speed up production of firebrand?

Redirecting water, supplies etc from local rivers and or waterbeds?

Stone Tablets? a way to store literature into a cheap object which can be held in inventory and wiped via rubbing a stone onto it?
(could also make it so it only has a certain amount of uses before it degrades into stone fragments?)

yh i think they do. Had always only 1 to use to light a fire. Last world i sometimes had to use 4...
