Party/Group Options

Add an option that toggles tresspassing/vandalism/theft for the people in your party/group on your claim, because as it currently stands people in your party seem to have full access to your claim.

As the saying goes: being catched together leads to being hung together.

So if you don't want people to have access to your claim then don't party with them.

Is it fair to say there are different scenarios where you may party with someone without being able to trust them/yet?

Maybe, but there are other mechanics in place.
In case they are on your claim you should be able to evict them, for example.

So for instance if you are in a party with someone in which you only trust them enough to walk around on your claim but not to take items, perhaps you are trying to build your trust with them still, what would you suggest in this scenario?

Drop party before taking them into your base, they can still enter through the open gate but will be unable to interact with your items, you can still talk to them in area chat or private chat. You don't need to be in party.
