umm.. So i have 400+ hp, and when i lvl leeches, it takes 2 hours to to heal back to full.
What about making con scale healing speed? it makes sense imo.
What about making it heal faster the lower hp you have in conjunction with con?

Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

2 hours is about 8hours haven time, right?
for real life. that's 1/3 of a day to heal from knocked out, that's a fast healing in my book. especially with no aid to heal faster
maybe if we had an item that healed shp but it might be a bit op pvp wise. health potion anyone? maybe from a root

Would be better to just add more forageble medicinal plants and new crafted medicine recipes, stuff that boosts healing and heal injuries faster when used in combination with other medicines.

Maybe increase healing while in your home.
Putting things on the wall gives a "homely" bonus, thus increasing healing rate modifier of existing healing items.
