Yeah, it's really messed up. Currently you can use two people to have a constant view of the other side, by cancelling and re-viewing every so often.

Might not be easy or even possible to implement but perhaps a check based on stealth*int of viewer versus exp*per of person being watched could generate a message like "You get the feeling you are being watched..."

What about 5-10 seconds debuff after porting in that wont let you aggro people?

this happend to me where a group put a char outside my walls, when i aggroed it and chased it 7 guys ported in from the cr
luckily they were to stupid to do anything so i ran back inside
