Increase the capacity for metal stockpiles

Why not just make metal bars 2x1 to compensate? I always thought they looked whimpy. Also add 2x1 output slots for smelters.

If serious, pls make ore stockpile 75 items, its 3 full smelters. Two and almost full third smelter is very frustrating.
