Shield Up against arrows.

Lets face it y'all, Shield Up should be able to defend against arrows, maybe not entirely, but at least minimizing damage.

Maybe give shields wear and having quality matter? idk idk

YES. there need to be defenses against arrows and shield up would make sense.
