less junk when fishing, more junk washing up on shore

i like the random junk when fishing, but it should be tweaked a bit so that it's a little less frequent, and the beach spawns should be more frequent. this fishing trip i found: q9 sling, q21 fish, q10 fish, q10 bark, q4 bow, q10 elm seed, q7 stone axe, q10 fish.

tbh i do agree that beach junk should be more common, dunno how i feel about fishing junk.
