Trellis "clean" option

I know we can clear a trellis by destroying the plant on it, but its rather annoying to do so and I always feel like im going to destroy it :|

Remove trellises. They're probably the worst mechanic in the game. Which is pretty impressive tbh.

pls no... i build walls with trellis, ask for a modular fence first then you can remove trellis ;)
