Cisterns in buildings

Let us place cisterns inside buildings so I can make a proper brewery.
Alternatively, a 500l immovable brew keg that can be built indoors would be awesome.

Perhaps make kegs like that that brew faster and/or attribute their quality to the beverage being fermented therein compared to a standard barrel. Having more specialised containers that serve a specific purpose is always great.

nothing except cant go inside building and whould be cool to have huge keg barrel for brewery lol
