Tamed Animal Slaughter Timer Reduction

Can we please have it reduced to 5-6seconds instead of 10, would save quite some time for us people who like to bulk breed animals for quality purposes. I feel i've spent a lot of my time in the "slaughter" part of culling animals down more than all the others.

Move the slaughter option to the inspect window first, that way there's no "Ooops killed our best cow accidentally" problems. + you're certain which cow it is.
