It should be a magic power, "Call Tool" for like 100 exp you can call a branded tool to come to you, would also be useful if something super valuable got stolen from you, but it would have to be pretty costly to brand a tool and probably should have it so there is a limit to the number of branded tools like 2 or 3 max.
