Shoulder Plate that require Mammoth tusks

Just trying to find a use for the mammoth tusks, maybe as i mentioned a Shoulder Plate that require x2Mammoth tusks, metal and more bones.It can be used in the Backpack Slot or Cape slot as the Hussar´s wings, maybe some modifications, in my opinion, exactly this is a good use for the mammoth tusks :D .
