A new house that works like a lot of barterstands, claiming it gives you access to the top floor where you can add items/payments.
Or we can build barterstands indoors.

Oh it'd be neat to have shop buildings beside barter stands. There is no need for new building in this regard as we'll eventually get freeform building.

Display Cases could work for both decorating and having the equivalent of a barter stand but indoors.
