Naming Artefacts

I thought it would be cool if we could name the artefacts we craft. Some epic gear is being made so it would be nice to be able to name your work.

I would be okay with equipment with 5+ (7+? 9+?) Gilds getting auto generated names, similar to beaver dams.
Otherwise I cite Godwin's law as evidence why we shouldn't let characters name items
