Wart Cure?

I was thinking about how warts are cured today, and I thought about a possible way to cure them in game.
Since we already have salt, we could put it with snow to make a primitive sort of cold treatment.
Along with being realistic, it could be made to have a certain percent chance to cure them - based on quality of course.

Not sure if that's doable, but it's an idea!

Currently, warts can be cured with Ancient Roots. Alternative treatments wouldn't hurt, though.

This makes me think Haven needs a Chirurgeon credo... you know, the guys that would cut off infected limbs, stitch battle wounds, and that sort of thing.

Doesn't work. Have tried. Gotta use some kind of powerful toxin to kill off the virus causing the wart. Like maybe a compress using toadstools or more dangerous mushroom specimens. (Or maybe jab it with one of those perfect ice-cicle things)

You know, warts were cured with a lot of natural remedies, including garlic, onions, vinegar from various sources and so on...

I will admit, I nicked the toadstool thing from Life is Feudal (whom still won't refund my server ticket!)

When I had a wart on my foot (damn ymca), there were these little black stick things inside it and I pulled then out with tweezers. They were pretty deep, hurt like a bitch esp cause I dug into it with a fork and a knife. It went away though.

Those were dead blood vessels that grow and collapse from lack of circulation. These used to be calls "wart seeds" and were thought to cause more warts to grow. (I decided to go do a little digging on the medical facts of warts and learned way more than I wanted... we really need a complete cure for HPV.)
