drying onions

sorry if its been suggested before, but id like to dry onions on herbalist tables and grind them into powder. said powder is NOT to be used like pepper, its merely a new requirment in new recipes. i can see this being used by many fish recipes.
Newbie and noob do not mean the same thing.

Neither do figuratively and literally.

Myeah, idk. Seems like a bit of a superflous step.
